Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

    • Standard Shipping: R90

      • Estimated delivery: 3-14 business days.

    • Free Shipping: On orders over R1000.

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International: R270

      • Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days (varies by destination).

    Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.


Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the shipping carrier's website.


Shipping Restrictions:

If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact us at parisessentials25@gmail.com for assistance.


Delayed or Lost Packages:

  • If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery time before contacting us.

  • For lost packages, contact us at parisessentials25@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Addresses:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Paris' Essentials is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at parisessentials25@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
